You may set up a one time or recurring

Select: Make Payments
Then select: Online Payments
Then choose: Your Community Name
Website will default to “One Time Payment”
Verify Homeowner’s Association and enter Account Number
Choose One Payment Method
One Time Credit Card Payment
One Time e-Check Payment
To set up a reoccurring online payment select “Sign-in or Register”
Select “Create an Account”
Your Bank’s Online Bill-Pay
How Does It Work?
Set up your community association as a payee with your bank’s online banking bill-pay

How Does It Work?
You Write a check and mail it in every time your assessment is due
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the check to process

Write a check payable to the Name of Your Community and mail it to the P.O. Box 858 Elkton, MD 21922
Important
Write your Homeowner Account Number, or street address if you do not know your account number, on the check

How Does It Work?
You write a check with a coupon enclosed and mail them every time your assessment is due
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the check to reach SmartStreet
What Do I Need To Do?
Write a check payable to the Name of Your Community as it is written on the coupon and mail it along with your payment coupon to the address listed on the coupon book
